Mission Springs Turns 25, Mission Springs Brewpub, 7160 Oliver St., Mission, 7-10 p.m., $10
Celebrate with Mission Springs as it marks its quarter-century in the beer business. Partial proceeds go to St Joseph’s food bank and the Mission Hospice Society.

Friday, March 28

Vancouver Craft Beer Week collaboration brew day, Central City Brewers + Distillers, 11411 Bridgeview Dr., Surrey, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Mingle with brewers from around B.C. as they brew the official beer for this year’s Vancouver Craft Beer Week. PrevAle, a double Cali common, will be made under the guidance of Central City head brewer Gary Lohin and Matt Phillips of Phillips Brewing. Proceeds from this year’s VCBW beer will go to the Music Heals Foundation.

3rd Annual Osoyoos Oyster Festival — Craft Beer & Oyster Pairing Competition

For more information about the festival, which features Canada’s first oyster/beer pairing cometition, see oooysterfestival.com. Canadian craft breweries are encouraged to submit their beers by April 17. Entry forms and rules available on the website.
